A new addition to the Presto Reviews client list is Infiniti of Lisle, located in Lisle, IL just outside of Chicago. The team consists of Steve Camp, Nathan Carr and Micah Basarich. Their sister store, Honda of Lisle is also a Presto Reviews customer. We expect both stores to be power users as they have been leveraging customer reviews for quite some time now.
We applaud their decision to add Presto Reviews to their overall strategy as opposed to the stores using Presto exclusively. We advocate a multi pronged approach when it comes to reputation management and the Lisle stores really understand how powerful this can be. There is no single, magic bullet that will satisfy the consumer’s need for content that will finalize their decision, but rather a “piling on” effect will work best to literally inundate the customer to the point that they couldn’t possibly do business with anyone else but you! That means paying close attention to all review portals including Google Maps and Yahoo.
In fact just the other day someone told me they thought that reviews may turn into the “tie breaker” that so many prospects are seeking when it comes time to choose a dealership. I’ve often referred to this as “the little things”, but I think that tie breaker paints a much more effective picture. And while we are certainly biased and think that Presto Reviews should be at the top of your reputation management list, it’s good business to utilize everything that delivers proper ROI when it comes to your strategy. We know Infiniti of Lisle will maximize their ROI. Welcome!
